Recently, more than 150 tons of the first batch of officially produced products were all shipped. Due to the high rigidity of the B1600, it is mainly suitable for double-wall corrugated buried drains.

The national standard of PP double-wall corrugated buried drainage pipe was announced on July 1, 2018. Before that, the double-wall corrugated buried drainage pipe on the market was mainly produced by polyethylene PE. Compared with PE, the double-wall corrugated buried drain pipe produced by PP has the advantages of high ring rigidity and low cost.

In the market visit, Guangzhou Petrochemical New Product Development Team learned that PP production of double-wall corrugated buried drainage pipes is in the research and development stage. At present, the PP pipe materials of double-wall corrugated buried drainage pipes at home and abroad are almost blank.

After discovering the market demand, Guangzhou Petrochemical prepared the trial production on the No. 1 PP device according to the customer's requirements for product performance. The technicians constantly adjust the optimization plan, and finally successfully produce the products whose indicators meet the requirements, and are recognized by the customers.
